Returns & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sri Bommi Silks! We want you to be delighted with your purchase and appreciate the trust you place in us. However, should you have any queries regarding returns, please refer to the following guidelines.

Note:
All the below-mentioned Returns & Exchange Policy and Gift Card Policy are applicable only within India. Currently, we do not have any returns & exchange policies for international orders, and the following points are not applicable to customers outside India.

Gift Card Policy

  • Gift cards cannot be returned in exchange for cash.
  • Gift cards can only be redeemed through a purchase made with Sri Bommi Silks.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Sri Bommi Silks, we strive to provide quality products. However, we do not generally entertain returns. Returns are only accepted under the following exceptional scenarios:

Defective or Damaged Product: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged.
Incorrect Product: If you receive an incorrect product that differs from what you ordered.

In these scenarios, the following criteria must be fulfilled:

  • The product must be in its original condition and must not have been worn or used.
  • Invoices, tags, and packing materials must be intact and included with the product in case of a return/exchange.
  • All products are dispatched after thorough quality inspections by our team.
  • An unboxing video of the product is mandatory for returns/exchanges. Without this video, requests will not be entertained or accepted.
  • The unboxing video, along with the return packing video, must be sent by the customer to sribommisilk@gmail.com. Upon receiving the video and the product, our Quality Inspection team will verify that all criteria are fulfilled to assess and approve or decline the request.
  • Once the request is approved, Sri Bommi Silks will send the unboxing video of the returned product to the customer for confirmation.
  • Return requests must reach us within 2 days from the date of receipt of the product, fulfilling all the above conditions. The cost of shipping for returned products will be borne by the customer.
  • Requests received beyond 2 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted for any returns/exchanges.
  • No cancellations will be processed once an order is made.

Sri Bommi Silks will not be held responsible for any damage that occurs to the product post-purchase due to rain or incorrect cleaning and care.
We do not process orders using Cash on Delivery (COD). COD is not an accepted payment method at Sri Bommi Silks.
There may be slight variations in the colors of products from what is shown in photographs. This can occur due to lighting and our efforts to provide visually appealing shots.
